At MN TECH, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully:
๐น 1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
This video is required to claim any exchange for a damaged or defective product.
๐น 2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
Product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and free items (if any).
Exchange requests for personal reasons (e.g., donโt like the product, wrong choice, etc.) will not be accepted.
๐น 3. Easy Exchange Process
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a new replacement product at no extra cost once the unboxing video is verified.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and checked by our team.
๐น 4. Warranty Coverage
All LED strip lights come with a 1-week warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage after delivery.
Damage caused by water, mishandling, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear.
๐น 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, our team will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
In case of exchange, the customer must ship the defective product back to us, and we will send a replacement product after verification.
